Terms of Sale
Please read the following terms of Sale, by ordering from AVP you are agreeing and acknowledging the following;

Shipping
Delivery times will vary based on destination, service and any customs involved. We carry inventory in warehouses across the US and abroad, you may received multiple shipments to complete an order. Most orders are completed with in 1-2 weeks, however due to various warehouse locations and shortages, inventory fulfillment may exceed 10 weeks. Any import taxes or tariffs are responsibility of the buyer, full purchase price will be declared. All orders are sent with a tracking number that is e-mailed to you at time of shipment - please make sure your e-mail address with is is current, bounced e-mails may delay your order. We offer insurance on your order for a nominal fee. Please note that shipping damage on orders without insurance are NOT our responsibility and we encourage buyers to purchase insurance

Refunds or Returns
We commit inventory automatically once your order as been placed, as such we are not able to cancel any orders after they have been placed. Our products and services are sold as is. We will however honor a product exchange in the event you receive an incorrect product. Please contact us at RMA@AndersonVintageParts.com to arrange this. In the event that we are unable to send a product exchange we will send a full refund of the purchase price in its place once the item has been returned under an authorized RMA. All orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Limited Liability
In no case shall Anderson Vintage Parts LLC , it's owner, employees or other related person or persons be liable for more than the purchase price of any product or service. This includes, but is not limited to, the event of an accident, misuse or abuse of product, un-certified or improper installation, failure of product, failure to deliver, inventory shortages or errors, or loss of package or packages.
