In celebration our 7th year anniversary (3/11/02) we are pleased to announce a major expansion is currently under way at AVPLLC!
In addition to our vast stock of Suzuki inventory and services we have also acquired vast stocks of Honda, Yamaha and Kawasaki inventory as well as service tools and manuals for those models.
Our website, warehouse, offices and service bay are being expanded and we will soon be bringing more people on board to handle the growing needs of our customers.
A new toll free number is set up at 1-877-AVPLLC1.

AVP is currently under renovations to our warehouse/offices and our annual inventory recount is in progress. There maybe a small delay in any orders placed at this time.
Update -10/26
Inventory updates are now under way. Old items no longer available will be removed and current items will have their prices updated. Please contact us if you run into any errors.
Update - 9/6
The error with PayPal and international customers has been resolved.
This error was due to new PayPal requirements - orders paid with PayPal will now only ship to the address on file with PayPal, even if a custom address is specified during check out.
Update - 9/4
We have heard of problems from some international customers when using paypal to place an order - some users are receiving error "Paypal does not allow your country of residence to ship to the country you wish to"
We are working hard to correct this error and will update you as soon as it has been resolved.
Update - 8/28
An issue with extra items showing up on order confirmations has been resolved thanks to excellent work by our programmer.
We are continuing to implement bug fixes and other improvements needed to prepare for the addition of several thousand part numbers!
Update - 8/21
Please do not be alarmed if you see an extra item on your order confirmation screen - it is a known bug that we are resolving and you are not being charged for it. We are also working to correct some invalid weight entries, if you run across any problems - please e-mail Support@AndersonVintageParts.com and we will be happy to assist.

Customers have reported a problem when using PayPal during check out - The problem has been found and corrected - Thank you for bringing it to our attention!
We are currently upgrading our inventory with hundreds of thousands of new products we have been processing for the last year! We have a feeling you will be happy with these additions.
We are very close to re-organizing our new and old inventories under a new computerized bar code system.
Update - 8/15
Shipping Calculator, account activation e-mails and order receipts are working once more. If you still have a problem with these services, please contact support@andersonvintageparts.com with details and we will assist you personally!
Update - 7/20
We have completed our server upgrade - this upgrade was needed for the vast inventories we are about to add!

We expect to take delivery of our next shipment in 6-8 weeks - this will complete our inventory acquisition from Suzuki of Franconia.
Our offices are nearing completion and with our new offices comes some new staff and position changes.
Please note the following;
Laura Strebig will now be heading up the Shipping and Customer Relations Department.

AVP will also be experiencing other changes as well, starting shortly we will be removing our inventory list and integrating our eBay Store directly into our website.
Items will be offered first on eBay at discount and then moved to our eBay Store at full price.
We hope this will encourage buyers to take advantage of our discount eBay auctions and help us reduce eBay costs overall.
Starting next month we will be building our own online catalog from scratch, customizing it to serve our customers better than our current options.
Our toll free number 1-877-4AVP-LLC will now be used for the customer service department and we will no longer be taking phone orders once our online store is complete.
All of the above will improve service, efficiency, customer satisfaction and reduce redundancy, delay and costs associated with your order.

AVP has received its second shipment from Suzuki of Franconia earlier this month and our staff is currently busy stocking and filling our new warehouse as we gather all of our inventory from previous shipments under one roof on location. New offices are also being constructed in our warehouse and we hope to open our doors to walk in customers later this summer.
In addition to the above, our programmers are working hard for our customers. Soon you will be able to enter your model, year and pick exactly what part you want and order it in seconds! - That's right , no auctions to wait for, no waiting for e-mails, no hassle with phoning in orders.
Not only are we streamlining, but we now have a dedicated department for shipping, customer service and order requests to further productivity and cut down on the time it takes to get your order to you. |

Our customs agent has informed us that our next semi load of NOS Suzuki replacement parts will be arriving in a matter of days.
This delivery includes pistons, rings, cylinders, heads, engine cases, engine covers, frames, front and rear wheels to name a few - all NOS and ready to go.

It's been a few days over 2 years ago that it started as my 'hobby' - now a full time job for myself and staff.
With a lot of hard work and dedication its turned into a thriving business. We now have a 3,000 ft warehouse/office/store in the works to hold our inventory from Suzuki of Franconia.
Our retail store wont be opening till next year - It may be Anderson Vintage Pars Inc. by then, but we will continue to list on eBay.
Our next shipment of parts from Suzuki should be here in 4-6 weeks - hopefully we will be able to bring a nice box load of parts to every meeting near by.
Who knows, you may just see an AVP Booth on your next trip. |
